PVP的手术情况

可以清楚的看到术前由于前列腺增生导致尿道非常狭窄。术后立即可以看到已经形成了一个宽敞的腔道,虽然有一些絮状纤维,但这些组织很快会脱落。
术后三个月的时候形成了比术后即刻看到的腔道更为宽敞,尿道上皮细胞覆盖创面使得尿道变得非常光滑。
